We were founded in 2013 by Robert Beenstock, an investment banker with over 15 years of corporate finance experience in both global accountancy firms and investment banks.
Robert has acted on a wide variety of corporate transactions including IPOs, secondary fundraisings, takeovers, public to private and de-listing transactions. In 2009 he qualified as a Nominated Adviser, enabling him to provide regulatory advice and strategic guidance to companies listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
A qualified accountant, Robert has significant experience in advising small and medium size UK and international businesses, with a particular focus on Europe, Australasia and Africa.
Since founding RHB Capital, Robert has focussed on advising growth companies at various stages of the corporate life cycle and across a range of sectors. This advice has included early stage business planning, fundraising and regulatory advice.
